Cultivated Confidence Program
10 Coaching Sessions to help you develop your confidence and achieve your goals, as outlined below.
Week 1 - Full rundown of everything that’s going in your life right now and everything that’s led you to here - this will be out baseline to work from and where we set our initial goals.
Week 2 - Personality testing review uncovering all potential strengths and weaknesses based on the testing.
Week 3 - Internal review of strengths and weaknesses - this is where you self assess what’s helping or hindering you in relation to our confidence and your goals.
Week 4 - This is where we record you telling a stronger more positive story that you could replay to yourself over and over again to remind you of who you are.
Week 5 - This is where we create an inspiring vision for the future as well as a plan to attack it.
Week 6 - This is where we role play you doing the work and having the required conversations to achieve your goals.
Sessions 7 & 8 - Take place in the 12 months after the start of the course
Sessions 9 & 10 - Take place in the following year.
Lifetime membership in the Cultivated Confidence Community is also included as part of the package.
