How is it that we can best understand the gifts we have to offer the world?

I believe we need to keep trying new smorgasbords in order to best understand how to create our own.

The first step is to research so we can get a taste of what works best for us.

For me, I've learned through meeting new people and trying new roles.

Each person you meet has something to offer and it's up to you to find the gold - to extract the lesson.

It's the same for the roles we play in the world.

There will be parts of each role that are enjoyable and others that are not so fun.

Sometimes, the less fun parts are the most useful.

But this all forms part of the smorgasbord of experience.

Through embedded talents and learned experience, everyone has something different to offer the world.

They have their own flavour where they’re able to express the most of themselves.

Early in life, I played sport, then studied finance and economics, worked in sales and learned psychology both through books and in the field in sales.

I've learned to help people tell their story better through dating, podcasts, beers with mates and in my role as a coach.

Through all this experience, I've found ways to combine all of these skills into an experience for my clients where they can enjoy getting to know the best version of themselves.

In doing so, they will better understand their role in the world and how they can best play to their strengths.

I have family who are teachers, trainers, sports coaches, fighters, chiropractors and athletes.

It's my role to work with the mind.

To extract the confidence of the individual to allow them to show up as the strongest, boldest, most versatile version of themselves.

And so I get to keep looking to find the gold in each new person that sits down with me.

I mentioned recently on a podcast that it's like extracting the diamond or gemstone then best understanding how to cut and polish the stone.

Everyone has their own inner strength and beauty.

Sometimes a mirror just needs to be held in the right way to finally allow someone to see exactly what they bring to the table.

Once they've seen it, once they've felt the strength that comes with showing up fully as themselves, they will walk differently, they will talk differently and people will notice the diamond well cut.

A woman may wear diamonds...

I help men become a formidable presence all on their own through my Cultivated Confidence coaching program.

I also wrote a few real estate and finance reports over the last few years that you may find useful, as below:

On the first Friday of each month we meet over a few beers and some interesting conversations at Beers With Mates at Soapbox Beer in the Valley.

Each month, I interview someone to learn more about them and their business or career on the podcast.
