We sample a couple of beers along the way and dig into what it took to start a brewery, source equipment, setup a range and develop an offering to make it a popular spot in Brisbane's bubbling entertainment precinct at the top of the Valley.

Soapbox Beer is also the venue where I run my monthly Beers With Mates events on the first Friday of each month and I can confirm that their beers are DELICIOUS.
