Anybody can set a new years resolution. It’s only once you set regular habits that you get results. We help each other set the habits to achieve the goals.
We have an accountability group setup to make sure that, each day, everyone turns up and does what they said they were going to do. For best results, set the habit for 88 days. More details in the below video.

There are 4 different plans that have been setup to address a broad range of goals. Only one plan is required to be completed each day but you can choose any commitment you wish.
Push-ups - 5 different grips - 5 sets of 10 - 50 total
50 Kettlebell Swings (Thank you Tim Ferriss)
10 minutes of meditation
30 minutes of cardio
BYO Habit - Squats, reading or journaling for example.
